1. What we collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and a securely hashed version of your password (we never store your password in plain text). When you upload a bet slip screenshot, we store the image temporarily to run OCR and AI analysis, along with the extracted match data and the resulting report tied to your account.

2. How we use your data

We use your account data to operate the service: authenticating you, generating and storing your prediction reports, sending transactional emails (password resets, account notices), and, if you opt in, occasional product updates. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Uploaded screenshots

Bet slip screenshots are processed by our OCR and AI providers solely to extract match data and generate your report. Screenshots remain associated with your account and can be deleted by you at any time from your Prediction History.

4. Third-party services

To generate a report we send extracted match data (not your personal identity) to OCR, football statistics, odds, and AI analysis providers. Payments, where applicable, are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.

5. Data retention

We retain your account and prediction history for as long as your account remains active. You may delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently removes your personal data and associated uploads.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time through your account settings, or by contacting us directly.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted password storage, encrypted API credentials, HTTPS transport, and access controls to protect your data.
